Submission Policy

Only the developer or other legal owner of the software may submit software to this site. Products submitted to A List Downloads must be appropriate for general audiences and written in English. All submissions will be reviewed by our editors before being posted in our database.

A List Downloads will NOT approve submissions with links to sexually explicit web sites, applications that encourage or facilitate the theft of intellectual property, applications that are not the property of the submitter, applications that participate in multi-level marketing schemes, software written solely to promote a website, product sales or online service, software containing spyware or viruses or any other software otherwise deemed inappropriate. A List Downloads reserves the right to delete any software from our database at any time for any reason, and has the final decision on whether or not software is appropriate. 

A List Downloads reserves the right to change your submitted information as we see fit, for any reason.  While this typically is limited to altering software descriptions to correct grammatical and spelling errors or for clarification, we may change your download or buy links, or update screenshots for the ease of use by our visitors.

A List Downloads will create web pages for certain software and companies for promotion purposes.  Our goal is to partner with companies that submit their software to our site; therefore companies for whom A List Downloads is an affiliate receive the highest priority in all situations.  We will usually apply for affiliation upon software submission, and upon acceptance will create web pages in order of submission.  If you would like to make A List Downloads an affiliate for your software, you may email us with the request and details or submit the information via our feedback form.  You are encouraged to check the pages we create for your software and to offer suggestions or updated information at any time.
